Reduction Gear Box :
Description:
Reduction gear box are used to drive a machine or equipment with the speed much less than the motor speed fitted with it. Normally instaead of geared motor, millers use to apply reduction gear box with a separate motor to drive Elevators, Conveyor worms, Airlocks etc. where speed is required as low as 40 to 100 RPM.
We also provide self lubricated reduction gear box. Our pinion sets are hob cut and long lasting.

Description:
Micro feeder is used and also called as doser. To add chemicals, improvers, vitamins, medicines etc. small dosing to stock stream is required in very small or micro quanity such as in ppm. Micro feeder is fitted with geared motor which is being controlled by AC/ DCfrequency drive system to regulate the speed of conveyor to enable dosing of desired quantity to main stock stream over the stream worm or pipe.

Description:

Description:
